SENIORS GOLF WEEK R1 Rules

Mon 5th, Wed 7th and Friday 9th September.
Handicap Index limit 28.0.


Entry to the Seniors event during the Annual Golf Week is restricted to players aged 58 and over on the 26th August 2022.

The event will consist of stableford competitions played from the yellow tees on Monday 5th, Wednesday 7th and Friday 9th September.

The maximum handicap index is 28.0 and the competitions will be played in one category.

Prizes will be available for the leading points scores in each of the stableford events and for the best combined stableford points scores from 2 of the 3 rounds.

Optional sweep and 2s competitions will be available each day.

In order to ensure that competitors in the Seniors event play together, tee times on the Monday will be restricted to 8.34am - 9.14am although, depending on numbers, some flexibility may be possible.
Due to the requirement to reserve the tee for the match play rounds of the main Golf Week event on the Wednesday and Friday, play in the Seniors event will only be possible from 12 noon onwards on Wednesday and from 10.30am onwards on Friday.
